These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the TVII KRAVETS website and the products and services we provide. By placing an order or commissioning work you accept these terms.

1. Products & services

TVII KRAVETS produces bags, leather goods, accessories and outerwear, offers bespoke tailoring and repairs, and sells at retail and wholesale. The scope of each commission is agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Orders & commissions

An enquiry through this website is not a confirmed order. A bespoke commission is confirmed once design, materials, price and timing are agreed and any deposit is received. Because pieces are made to order, deposits may be non-refundable once materials are cut.

3. Hand-made nature

Our products are made by hand from natural materials. Slight variations in grain, colour and texture are inherent to leather and cloth and are a mark of the craft, not a defect.

4. Guarantee

We guarantee our stitching and workmanship for the period stated on your order. The guarantee covers manufacturing faults but not normal wear, accidental damage or misuse. Repairs of pieces made elsewhere are quoted individually.

5. Payment & delivery

Prices, payment terms and delivery are confirmed at the time of order. Goods remain our property until paid in full. Delivery dates for bespoke work are estimates given in good faith.

6. Designs & content

All patterns, designs and website content remain the property of TVII KRAVETS and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kyiv.
